I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were really helpful. The breakfast was good hot and well presented. It was based in very luxurious building in a comfortable location, in a quiet area.

Friendly and consistently courteous staff, everything clean.
Possibly the best and fine stay for 4 nights. All in all marvellous and handy setting short walk to the centre, the city center and Santos Dumont airport, and international. Also, close enough to make it difficuklt to find taxi.

Very modern design. Superb facilities and clean. The hotel staff provide us with excellent information.
The location is not well known by the taxi driver (they should give additional detaile in the visit card beside address)

The location of this place was convenient and perfect for us as it was within walking distance to everything we needed, including being only about 1 km away from the airport.

Bathroom with bad smell, we were moved to other room. In the new room the wake-up call didn't work correctly. Was not the best experience..

I good clean hotel, ideal for business in the city centre. The rooms were functional and comfortable and the staff were attentive and professional.
There are very few good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so I think that if there was a weakness it was in the quality of the restaurant food and menu selection.
